Registration Fees and Benefits

SSP2025 will be an in-person conference. Costs and the “REGISTER NOW” button will be added shortly at the bottom of the page.

Please note SSP 2025 requires that all papers, tutorials, etc. are presented in-person during the conference. Virtual-only presentation of papers or tutorials is not available.

Advance – Author’s registration deadline and Early bird registration deadline: 30 April 2025

Regular – Registration deadline: 25 May 2025

ALL RATES WILL BE LISTED IN US DOLLARS POUNDS AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED IN US DOLLARS.

Each accepted paper must be covered by at least ONE author registration by 30 April 2025.

Registration Benefits

The conference fees to SSP2025 covers welcome reception on Sunday evening, all technical sessions, banquet dinner on Tuesday evening, all coffee and refreshment breaks, exhibits and access to the electronic proceedings. Registration may cover up to four papers (in which the registrant appears in the author list).

All papers must be presented in-person.

Please note that Tutorials registrations include an additional cost.
