The tutorial proposals will be judged by their technical quality, relevance and timeliness of the topic, quality of the proposal, qualification of the speakers. Three to four two-hour tutorials are planned to take place on Sunday 8 June 2025. No more than two tutorials will run in parallel. When registering, the attendees may choose one tutorial in the morning and one in the afternoon. Tutorials with less than 10 registrations a week after the early registration deadline will not be run unless otherwise explicitly decided by the Tutorials Chair. It is the responsibility of the tutorial speakers to assure that no copyright problems are incurred with their presentation.
A small honorarium will be offered to accepted tutorials (value TBC).
REQUIRED INFORMATION
Proposal submissions are restricted to 6 pages (excluding any sample presentation material) and must include the following information:
1. Tutorial title
2. Tutorial speakers(s): name, affiliation, email and web page
3. Tutorial motivation and relevance
4. Tutorial outline
5. Short CV (max. two A4 per speaker) of all speakers
6. Indication whether the same tutorial will be submitted (within 12 months) to other conferences in the field
