SSP2025 will be an in-person conference. Please carefully review the fees and benefits.

Please note SSP 2025 requires that all papers, tutorials, etc. are presented in-person during the conference. Virtual-only presentation of papers or tutorials is not available.
Advance – Author’s registration deadline and Early bird registration deadline: 30 April 2025
Regular – Registration deadline: 25 May 2025
ALL RATES ARE LISTED IN BRITISH POUNDS AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED IN BRITISH POUNDS.
Each accepted paper must be covered by at least ONE author registration by 30 April 2025.
Registration Benefits
The conference fees to SSP2025 covers welcome reception on Sunday evening, all technical sessions, banquet dinner on Tuesday evening, all coffee and refreshment breaks, exhibits and access to the electronic proceedings.
All papers must be presented in-person.
Please note that Tutorials registrations include an additional cost and tutorial prices will be added shortly once the tutorial deadline has passed.
